Shipping and costs
After sending your order to us we will start to collecting your products and make the ready for shipping to your home. We will do our best to keep you posted about the status of you parcel and when the delivery will be made. You will receive an track and trace code when we have offered your parcel to PostNL (our shipping partner).

Costs and delivery times:
In The Netherlands:
Delivery as mentioned at the productpage.
- For orders lower than € 50,- euro we charge 7,50 euro.
- For order above the € 50,- euro we ship for free.
In Europe (excl. Rusia):
Delivery as mentioned at the productpage +3 days.
- For orders lower than € 100,- euro we charge €11,- euro.
- For order above the € 100,- euro we ship for free.
In the rest of the World:
Delivery as mentioned at the productpage +7 days (main city’s).
- For orders lower than 150,- euro we charge € 20,- euro.
- For order above the 150,- euro we ship for free.
We have set our goals on providing the best information possible, so that you can make the right choices and you buy the best equipment that fits your needs. Off-course there is always the possibility that you don’t receive the right equipment or it just doesn’t fit aswel as you have hoped. Equipment can be returned within 14 days after delivery, even safety equipment.
We will receive the returned equipment not at the main warehouse but at our office. This is because our returns are mostly safety equipment and we would like to inspect them thorougly by our own material experts, to make sure that the next owner can use the equipment safely. The easiest will be to get in contact with us, so we can make sure you will get the best service that we can provide.
Ship the returns:
- Make sure that your return package have sufficiently franked.
- Prepare your package for return.
Pack your item(s) securely. If you don’t have the original packaging, use a sturdy box and include padding such as packing bubbles or newspaper.
- Inserting the returns forms.
The returns form was added to the package that you have received from us. Make sure you sent this form back to us with all the information filled in.
Returns that don’t apply to the prior requirements will not be accepted on arrival and will be sent back.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. We will refund your payment as soon as we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us, The Climbing Company.

Legal instruction on the Right of Withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us, The Climbing Company, email@example.com – wipmolen 2, 3642 AC Mijdrecht, The Netherlands – of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
You can also electronically fill in and submit the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement on our website. Please see online form below. If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without delay. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You are charged the immediate cost of the return shipping label.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
